Eligibility:
1.1 to 3 years service desk experience.
2.Experience in systems support and operations, LAN administration, PC and User support.
3.Excellent customer service skills; problem solving and communications skills.
4. IT Understanding i.e. Service awareness of all the organization's key IT services for which support is being provided.
