Job Responsibilities:
1. Knowledge on Active Directory/RACF/Exchange
& Basic networking concepts.
2. Establishes working relationships with others outside area of expertise.
3. Applies knowledge and understanding of customer needs and other
internal/external contacts.
4. Troubleshoots network access problems and implements network security
policies and procedures.
5. Ensures network (LAN/WAN, telecommunications, and voice) security
access and protects against unauthorized access, modification, or
destruction.
6. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and
procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and
accomplish goals.
7. Performs a variety of tasks.
8. May lead and direct the work of others.
9. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
10. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
11. Good working knowledge and demonstrated ability utilizing systems,
tools and procedures to accomplish job.
12. Builds deeper understanding of processes, procedures, customers
and organization.
13. Should have excellent communication skills & willing to work
24*7 in various shifts
Candidate Profile:
1. Should have minimum of 1-2 years of experience
in IT Sector mainly in Active Directory/RACF/Exchange.
2. Should be a B.E/BTech/MCA/BCA.
3. Should have excellent communication skills.
4. Certifications like ITIL/MCP/MCSE would be an added advantage.
