Job Description:
1.End to end recruitment and meeting the required
numbers in voice and data business
2.Coordination with HR & Ops for Team Member Volume level hiring
3.Working on all data required for Recruitment (like MIS) Scanning
Documents for BGC
4.Collating hiring scores for COPC
5.Maintain files for Recruitment
6.Driving hiring through alternate sources of channels mainly PEERS
7.Background Verification SPOC to ensure reports are on-time and insufficiencies
if raised are processed
8.MIS Reports all reports related to recruitment

Profile:
Skills Required:
1. Excellent interviewing & communication
skill
2. Possess Good Typing Skills
3.Computer proficiency - working knowledge of MS Office.
