Job Description:

Responsible for end to end:
1. Facilitate team results
2. Opportunities identified for other groups (Passed through SFA)
3. Follow up in new accounts.
4. Account Profiling /Mapping in SFA for the team.
5. Sending quotes on behalf of Account Manager
6. Coordinating with OEM's and works on their portal to fill data or opportunities.
7. Customer/GH/Management escalations and feedback.
8. Payment reminders to customer for own business.
9. Arranging latest pricelist from distributors/local market/COS.
10. Coordinating with logistics for shipment/order status.
11. Filling OPF on behalf of account manager.
12. Follow-up with installation team.
13. Acknowledging to customers for all order received and update on shipment status.
14. Day scheduling for team members.
15. Keep a track of all pending OPFs /escalations.
16. Maintaining ISO related records or training details.

B.Com/ B.SC / B.tech/ BBA or any other
