Job Description:
1. Responsible for designing, developing,
troubleshooting of embedded memory compilers on latest technologies
.
2. Learn and apply skills in memory compilers having Transistor level
circuit Design.
3. Resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways.
4. Work is independent and collaborative in nature.
5. Provides regular updates to manager on project status.
Candidate Profile:
1. Frequently networks with
senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.
2. Basic know how of SRAM, ROM circuits
Requirements:
1. Strong CMOS fundamentals
2. Knowledge of CMOS fabrication
3. Good digital design knowledge
4. Exposure to basic analog fundamentals
5. Working tcl/ perl scripting know how
