JobDescription:
1. Calculating replenishment quantities based
on stock levels, intransit and open order.
2. Order booking in SAP and knowledge in shipment tracking in SAP.
3. Review and update inventory classification and ensure inventory
days are monitored and controlled with no impact to customer service
levels. Understanding of achieving twin objective of inventory management
and customer service.
4. Strong connect with global and regional supply chain teams to arrange
product availability and develop relationships with all stakeholders
to meet business urgencies.
5. Close connect with sales team and customer service to understand
business urgencies and ensure stock availability Right product, Right
location, Right time.
6. Strong supply chain team player to have visibility of shipment
loading, arrival and ensure GRN for timely availability.
7. Metrics orientation on IDS (Inventory Days Supply), Open Order
% to Sales, Near Expiry and Non Moving Stocks.
8. Warehouse Signals to be maintained for A Class products to ensure
right product at the right location in right quantities.
9. Participate in Demand Supply Inventory Meetings to highlight inventory
coverage for a period and supply planning improvement initiatives.
