Job Description:
1. Handling all inbound customer calls to
book a flight or holidayand making outbound call backs to customers
who have received quotes from our company.
2. Handling all the Travel arrangements at an International level.
3. Ability to close the sale during the first call.
4. Well acquainted with International locations and Top holiday destinations
in the world.(Training will be provided)
5. Preference for experienced in handling matters related to Air Ticket/Hotel
Booking/Travel insurance/Accommodation.
6. Excellent communication and coordination skills to manage across
different functions and ensure smooth Operations
7. Maintain weekly/monthly/quarterly metrics. Appropriately communicate
a wide variety of information to multiple audiences.
8.Should exhibit high level of commitment towards customer service.
Candidate profile:
1. Must possess an excellent Communication
skills and telephone manners.
2. Providing first class customer service from inquiry to closing
the sale & following up
3. Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
4. Must be a team player with a helpful and professional manner.
5. Advising customers on travel products and services including International
airfares, tours, packages and travel insurance
6. Attending regular training sessions and conferences
7. A proven aptitude in sales & customer service
8. Travel Industry experience
9. Experience working with commission, targets, quotas or budgets
10. A strong academic background to graduate level
11. Residence at Hyderabad.
12. Have an ability to use own initiative and work with minimum supervision
13. As a motivated and dynamic individual you will be proud to provide
all our customers a magical Holiday / Flight booking experience over
the phone.
14. You will have loads of energy and enthusiasm in engaging the customers
by providing the excellent customer service and knowledge of Travel
products.

Salary:
Salary 15,000/- for freshers and no constraint for an experienced
candidate.
