Job Description:
1. Should be able to analyse issues of customers
& provide solution ensuring customer satisfaction
2. Solving Hardware & Networking Related Issues
3. Technical Trouble-shooting & Customer support to international
clients over the phone (INBOUND, NO SALES)
4. Candidate should be excellent in Spoken English skills
5. Candidates should be ready to work 5 days/week with 2 Week Offs
(rotational)
6. Should be ready to Work in Night Shifts.
Candidate Profile:
1. Candidate should possess BE/B.Tech (Only
EEE, CSE, ECE and Instrumentation) are eligible for Voice Process
2. CA, CS, PGDM, MSc IT, M.Tech, MBA, MCA etc. (or equivalent) are
NOT eligible
3. Candidates pursuing any regular course or any of the above course
are NOT eligible
4. Fresher & Experienced candidates (18-45 years of age)
5. Undergraduates & Graduates, both are eligible
6. Knowledge of basics of computer- MS Office(Word/Excel/Power Point)
