Job Description:
1. Sourcing profiles through
networking, job portals, referrals, database etc.
2. Managing the entire recruitment process( job posting, sourcing
, screening, conducting preliminary interviews, Follow ups)
3. Coordinate with the operational heads/ functional heads to gather
manpower requirements, organize interviews, identify the right resources
& follow-up till closure and meeting deadlines.
4. Maintaining the database related to recruitment .
5. Report the status of the recruitment to the hierarchial manager.
