Job Description:
This position will report to
the Training Department of the respective business and will be responsible
for the following:
1. Conduct detailed Process training while keeping trainees alert
and motivated
2. Develop Content and prepare process related documents and SOP to
streamline the process
3. To deliver training sessions in adherence with process manuals
and rigid training schedules
4. Provide weekly training reports to the management as well as Business
Units
5. Updating process manuals when required *Scheduling and Management
of Training Resources
6. Tracking and maintenance of the SkillPort database *Conduct Induction
for new hires
7. Conduct Development training.
Candidate Profile:
1. Bachelors Degree
2. Minimum of 2 years as a Process coach/trainer work experience in
a BPO/Call Center or Loan processing function/Mortgage Services.
3. In depth knowledge in Title Curative is a mandate. Knowledge in
Pre FC Claims and FC Deed will be preferred.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5. Excellent presentation skills
6. Detail orientation, abundant patience
7. Good Leadership and people management skills required
8. Strong computer skills, knowledge of MS Office with an emphasis
on PowerPoint and Excel
9. Willingness to work in night shifts
