Job Description:
1. Developing and enhancing statistical models
by utilizing the best-in-class modeling techniques with available
data.
2. Track and monitor the performance of the risk models and conduct
reviews.
3. Partnering with other teams to develop system capabilities, models,
controls and designing data elements.
4. Working closely with US risk and marketing business partners
Candidate Profile:
1. MBA from a tier 1 B-school
2. Proficiency with SAS/SQL, SAS Macros.
3. Excellent Power point and Excel skills
4. Statistical analysis/regression modeling in the financial services
industry would be a plus.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work
effectively in a team environment.
6. Ability to learn quickly and work independently with complex, unstructured
initiatives.
7. Flexibility and adaptability to work within tight deadlines and
changing priorities.
