Job Description
:
1. Ready to work for 24/7 self transport
minimum 1 yrs commitment good on hardware part good knowledge
on ticketing tools corporate culture with min 50+systems handle
basic domain/server/network knowledge.
2. Good in lan troubleshoot
3. Hands on experience in trouble shooting both Hardware &
Software related Problems,
4. Network related complaints. Installation and configuration
of MS Windows, MS Office XP/2007, Lotus Notes, Internet Explorer,
Antivirus.Good Interpersonal skills & customer support attitude,Ready
to work for 24/7 support.
