of India vide Ministry of Finance notification no.1/16/2007-RRB
(i) dated 26.3.08. The bank was inaugurated by Mr. P. Chidambaram,
Hon`ble Union Minister of Finance on 01.6.2008. Sri.V. Narayanasamy,
Hon`ble Minister of State for Parliamentary affairs, Sri. N.
Rangasamy, Hon`ble Chief Minister of Union Territory of Puducherry
and Dr.M.. Ramadoss, Member of Parliament, Puducherry and Sri.
M.S. Sundara Rajan, Chairman & Managing Director of Indian
Bank and Sri. A.S. Subramanian, Executive Director of Indian
Bank were among other dignitaries who took part in inaugural
function

:
Officer Scale-I/Office Assistant (Multipurpose):
For Officer Scale-I and Office Assistant
(Multi purpose): Language Proficiency-Candidates are required
to possess proficiency in the Official Language of UT of Puducherry
in which Puduvai Bharathiar Grama Bank is located and must have
passed “ local/native language-Tamil/Malayalam “
as one of the subjects at 10th Std level.

Profile:
1. Eligibility Criteria is to be considered
as per RRBs CWE-II Advertisement published in Employment News/Rozgar
Samachar Issue Dated 6th July – 12th
July, 2013 released by IBPS and posted on the IBPS’s website
www.ibps.in.
How to Apply:
1. Candidates are required to apply online
between 26.06.2014 and 11.07.2014 through Bank’s website
www.puduvaibharathiargramabank.in. No other means/mode of application
will be accepted.
2. Candidates should ensure that their personal email ID (as
specified in the online application form while applying for
RRBs- Common Written Examination (CWE) conducted in September/October
2013) is kept active during the currency of arecruitment project.
Bank may send call letters for Interview etc. to the registered
e-mail ID.
3. Applicants are first required to go to the Bank’s website
www.puduvaibharathiargramabank.in and click on the link “Recruitment”.
4. Thereafter, open the Recruitment Notification.
4.1. the candidate should take a printout of the fee payment
challan
4.2. Fill in the Fee Payment Challan in a clear and legible
handwriting in BLOCK LETTERS.
4.3. Candidates can pay application fees including postal charges
in any of the branches of Puduvai Bharathiar Grama Bank in the
account number specified and printed on the payment Challan
only.
