Job Description:
Development, maintenance and support of Physical Verification Run sets for all the Infineon Technology Nodes.

Responsibilities:

1. Developing PERC Run sets, maintenance and support of IFX products.
2. ESD and other reliability checks development, automation and bug fixing of older run sets.


Candidate Profile:

1. Candidates with educational qualification of M.Sc./ME/ M.Tech - 2014 (Computer Science Engineering (CSE) / Electrical Engineering (EE) / Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)/Mathematics batches with aggregate of 70% and above throughout 10th, 12th, UG and PG.
2. 1+ year of experience in Physical Verification, layouts, Physical Design flows. Etc.


Specific or Entrepreneurial Knowledge:

1. Experience with Custom & Semicustom Layouts
2. Experience in Physical Verification
3. Exposure to rule deck development
4. Flair for automation & knowledge of PERL/TCL scripting.
5. Exposure to EDA tools (Calibre and Virtuoso)
6. Good understanding of device physics
