Job Description:
1. Working in a team environment.
2. Time management and ability to focus on task at hand.
3. Computer proficiency in Microsoft word, Excel and Internet
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills required
5. Detailed knowledge of data entry operations, practices, and procedures.
6. Knowledge of legal document/agreements would be preferred
7. Knowledge in corporate banking or IB handing legal documentation
and follow up is a MUST
8. Prior experience in documentation review in financial agreements
will be added advantage.
9. Candidates with certification or academic training involving legal
documentation preferred.
10. Certification on document review is not essential
