Job Requirements:
1. The Software engineer role
is to create and maintain Enterprise software products used across
the organization.
2. They are typically web applications created using various Microsoft
technologies.
3. A penchant for new developments in the industry is a must. Good
interpersonal skills are required for effective communication with
the Business and Development teams.
4. Ability to groom a junior resource is also desirable.
Cndidate Profile:
1. Expertise in Web application
development using .NET, ASP .NET, MVC, AJAX, C#, ADO .NET, Web Services,SOA,
WCF, WWF and JavaScript.
2. Strong in OOPS Concepts. Knowledge of Design patterns, UML is desirable.
3. Hands on Database Design and advanced T-SQL programming (writing
complex Queries, Stored Procedures etc.) using Microsoft SQL Server
2005/2008.
4. Knowledge in SSRS and SSIS will be a plus.
5. Excellent written/verbal communication, analytical and trouble
shooting skills with the ability to interact well with team members.
6. Knowledge of Real Estate and Insurance domain is a plus.
