Job Description:
1. Graduation Mandatory.
2. Basic understanding of Linux and Windows
3. Good communication skills
4. Strong team work ethic
5. SQL knowledge is a plus
6. Flexible for Night Shifts/Rotational Shifts/24*7 Support
7. Process data in ViewPoint E-discovery software
8. Escalate issues seen during processing and take appropriate or
requested action
9. Validate and process data using a series of scripts, applications
and queries
Candidate Profile:
1. Work with other departments
to resolve issues associated with specific jobs
2. Apply technical knowledge to resolve data integrity issues
3. Work closely with team members to ensure jobs are completed in
a timely manor
4. Work to improve efficiencies by identifying bottlenecks and working
with department manager to further automate processes
5. Adhere to XLS operational guidelines and processes, to ensure work
is done consistently
