Job Description:
Looking for Real time working employee with
minimum one year experience on . Net/ Selenium Technologies.
Teaching experience is not required. If you have a zeal to help students
in placing the candidates, you are the right fit for this job.
We have tie ups with all the major MNCs for the placement. The problem
is we do not have the right candidates to meet the company’s
requirement. So we need to transform the existing students to meet
the company’s requirement. You need to provide completely practical
oriented and very short training on any technology. Goal is only to
place the candidates and need to prepare them technically and in all
aspects to clear the interviews.
Salary:
Unlimited opportunities to multiply your salary.Salary
is not a constraint once you prove to the students and it depends
on the number of placements. You will be paid upto one month salary
of each successful placement along with the fixed salary.
Roles and Responsibilites:
1. Daily 2 Hours session is mandatory
2. Flexible timings but only in the mornings after 8 AM
3. Need to handle two batches with one hour session to each batch
4. Need to take demos with PPTs and other tools to convert the enquiries
and to present how we are providing placement
5. Need to implement one new strategy for every month as there is
no set of straight strategies for success to place the candidates.
6. Ultimately you need to leave your mark everyday.
7. Training should not cover more than 30% of the subject what is
covered in other institues.(We don’t teach, We teach how to
learn themselves with the different strategies until they get a JOB).
Remaining 70%, your focus is only on Placement guidance.
Interview Timings: 8.30 AM to 10.00 AM
Qualification : Need to be different from the
other Ameerpet Faculties, No teaching experience required but need
to have atleast one Year development experience.
