carbon black facilities at its Alexandria Carbon Black unit
in Egypt, Thai Carbon Black Public Company Limited in Thailand
and Liaoning Birla Carbon Black unit in China. Birla Carbon
happens to be the second largest producer of Carbon Black in
India. It currently controls 33% of the domestic market share
and has its manufacturing facility at Renukoot in Uttar Pradesh
and at Gummidipoondi, near Chennai, in Tamil Nadu.
Job Description :
1. Executing all process activities for
smooth plant operation in producing Quality Carbon Black.-ProductionTo
implement set guidelines for trouble free operation.
2. Quality
ControlTo implement standard practices for maintaining product
quality.
3. Cost ControlOptimum utilization of
Resources & waste minimization to contribute in achieving
cost effectiveness-QMSImplement all systems Procedures &
Work Instructions for maintaining ideal plant operation.-Process
MIS Preparation of shift activity events report to help in initiating
improvement measures.
