JOB SUMMARY:

Job Responsibilities:
1. Understand the business in detail
and identify deviations from process
2. Understand the data/system needs of the business
3. Business/Process data analysis and reporting
4. Data identification, collection, validation, collation and
preparation of various reports
5. Ad-hoc analysis to facilitate executive management in decision-making
6. Create monthly reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
to present operational and financial performance of the department
7. Identify, crystallize and present opportunities for process
improvement and collaborate with the production team for implementation
8. Work in conjunction with the other team members in the gathering
of the detailed reporting requirements
9. Provide analytical reports to management to support decision-making
Candidate Profile:
1. BSC/B. Com or any graduate (Bachelors
in engineering preferred)
2. 0-3 years of experience in reporting and handling medium
or large databases using MS Excel/Access
3. Develops standardized reports on a daily, weekly, monthly
and quarterly basis with 100% accuracy and in time
4. Good documentation skills and knowledge on MS Office
5. Good verbal and written communication skills
