Job Description:
Candidates applying should have:
1. Excellent programming skills in either C, C++ or Java
2. Strong fundamentals in core Computer Science areas - Data
Structures and Algorithms, OO Design, CS Fundamentals, Programming
Skills,
3. Strong Knowledge of good SDLC principles
4. Creatively use their tech skills to solve business problems
5. Linux system development experience is a plus.
6. Java, J2EE experience is a plus
7. Work in enterprise level scalable systems is a plus
Candidate Profile:
Qualifications:
Equally important to these specific skills are a candidate's
ability to:
1. B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.E/M.Tech/Ph.D degree in computer science
or related fields, or equivalent experience, is required
2. Multi-task
3. Quickly adapt to new development environments and changing
business requirements
4. Learn new systems
5. Create reliable/maintainable code, and find creative and
scalable solutions to difficult problems
6. The ability to communicate clearly and concisely both written
and orally is a key competency as is demonstrable skill as a
self-starter
