Job Description:
1.Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
1. Capable of analyzing a requirement and provide a technical
solution for the problem with the technical expertise.
2. Should be able to design, develop, deploy and managing
development of large scale J2ee applications/cloud based systems.
3. Innovative and motivated in working through difficult problems
and obstacles.
4. Should be able to write algorithms for automatic data capture
from large unstructured data.
5. Consult with Module lead/colleagues concerning the maintenance
and performance of software systems and asks questions to
obtain information to clarify details and implement information.
6. Must be confident, self-driven and a Team player.
7. Based on the requirement, need to be flexible in working
hours
Candidate Profile:
Essential Requirements:
Skills:
1. Excellent understanding of OOPS concepts with Strong Java
fundamentals and J2EE experience are a MUST.
2. Experience on working with Databases Pl/SQL
3. Experience with working on JAVA frameworks. Experience
spring and Hibernate is preferable.
4. Knowledge in Webservices is preferable. Sound knowledge
of Software Engineering
5. Candidate should have good analytical skills to understand
the requirement.
6. Verbal & written communication skills should be good;
required to be able to interact with onshore counter parts
7. Good Command in written and oral skills of the official
language.
Technical
Knowledge
1. Java / J2ee, ejb,Jsp, servlets, struts, xml,design skills,oracle/My
sql,Java script,Version control, IDE
Qualifications
1. People with engineering (IT/Systems) background from premier
institutes shall be preferred. Certifications such as MCSD,
Java would be an added advantage.

1. Knowledge of Webservices.
2. Knowledge of UML (Business Process Modeling)
