Description:
1. To attend maximum calls of customers via
telephonic support
2. Guide customers for doing certain procedures for Quick Heal products.
3. To answer various technical queries of customers
4. To check occurrence of problem & symptoms in ideal conditions
5. Basic troubleshooting of technical problems
6. Collection of information required to escalate to next Level
Skill Set Required :
1. Good knowledge of Operating System &
Networking.
2. Candidate should be well versed with communication skills in English
as well as in Hindi Language.
3. Basic troubleshooting skills and analytical skills, product knowledge.
