Job Description:
1. Lead install, support, maintain and troubleshoot
issues in development/test/production environments - in both Amdocs
and customer environments
2. Provide professional support and consulting to developers and customers
in environment area
3. Environment support to development/test/production environments
for Amdocs ACC products
4. Work closely with the customer and Application teams and with offshore/onshore
teams
5. Work closely with offshore teams
6. Develop new Infra tools.
Desired Skills:
1. Knowledge of UNIX operating systems
2. Ability to write basic Unix shell scripts (Ksh & Perl) and
tools for configuration and monitoring
3. Hands on experience with Oracle (BEA) Weblogic/Websphere application
servers on Unix, Linux platform including installation, configuration
and support
4. Web Logic installation, configuration clustering and general administration
5. Full understanding of the software development lifecycle
6. Ability to interact with development and testing organizations
7. Familiarity with SW and HW architecture and different platforms
HP, NT, Linux and etc
8. Knowledge of Oracle SQL/PLSQL, XML is an added advantage)

6. Ability to effectively manage multiple time sensitive responsibilities,
and have multi-tasking capabilities
