1962 – The Brokerage Services division
of ADP opened for business with one client, processing an average
of 300 trades per night. Our business focused on US-based securities
processing solutions until 1979 when we began processing Canadian
securities. In the 1980’s, we started our Investor Communication
Solutions business and in the first year of operations, we provided
proxy services to 31 major clients.

Profile/skills
Educational qualification:
BCom/ BBA/ BBM/BSC/ MBA (Finance); 2013 or 2014 pass-out only.
1. A minimum of 60% aggregate throughout academics
2. Good knowledge of MS Office is essential.
3. A fast learner, team player and committed.
4. Good interpersonal, communication and strong analytical skills
are a must.
5. Flexible to work in night shifts as required.
6. Available to join immediately
