Job Description:
Under direct supervision, assist Proposal Developers and Contract Analysts with the development and preparation of proposal and contract deliverables, to support the Global sales team.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide support to Proposal Developers and Contract Analysts in the development of budgets using the correct version of Quintiles Pricing tool and the relevant budget specification form provided by the Proposal Developer or Contract Analyst.
2. Incorporation of prior approved budget changes from operational reviewers.
3. Assist the Contract Analyst in the development and preparation of low complexity contracts documents, including incorporation of low complexity contract text changes from reviewers.
4. Proposals and contracts administrative activities including updating CRM milestones and completing contract signoff packages.
5. Perform quality control checks on all personal deliverables.
6. Perform all other duties as assigned.


Candidate Profile:

1. Fresher (Pass out preferably 2013, 2014 batch)
2. Bachelor Degree in Commerce, or Business Management (BA)
3. Bangalore based candidates preferred
4. Willingness to work in shifts
5. Excellent communications skills
6. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word.


Required Skiils:

1. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word.
2. Ability to understand and adhere to GBO processes and guidelines.
3. Possess analytical skills and good verbal and written communication skills.
4. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and manager.
