Job Description:
This position is responsible for responding to the needs of customers by providing technical support in order to resolve issues on the product and services.



Responsibilities:
1. Assist customers to troubleshoot by providing a consultative approach to problem solving.
2. Respond to called-in inquiries from clients regarding their products and related services
3. Maintain high level adherence and compliance towards policies, process and procedures.
4. Provide exceptional customer service at all times



Candidate Profile:
1. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English
2. Flexible to work in 24/7 environment.
3. Excellent Listening & Probing skills
4. Excellent customer orientation and grasp of customer service
5. Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, positive and customer centric approach



Technical Skills:
1. Basic networking concepts will be added advantage
2. Should possess basic understanding of Operating Systems
