Job Description:
1. Work as a Trainee Developer to analyze the
data and identify all the basic metrics that need to be reported
2. Work with the Technical team to build a data model, and a reporting
solution to report on the KPIs
3. Get/self-learn technologies like database scripting, data modeling,
normalization and reporting using third-party interfaces like Spotfire
– to help the technical team in building the solution.
4. Get involved in app testing as per the guidance of Tech Lead –
this is to understand the nuances of app development
5. Work on technical and project documentation as per the guidance
of Tech Lead
6. Adhere to design/development guidelines set by the Tech Lead –
to deliver high-quality code
7. Implement/Follow processes set up for SDLC.
Skills Requirements:
1. Should have a passion for technology and
should be able to keep up-to-date on technology related things
2. Focussed on quality in delivery
3. Should be able to learn the basics of SQL scripting, data modeling,
normalization and reporting/analytics fundamentals – in a very
quick time
4. Should be willing to take part in various roles as needed (Testing,
Documentation)

1. Good Communication skills for communicating
with other team members & Managers
2. Possess high standard of integrity and confidentiality
3. Person with a “can-do” attitude with a willingness
to learn new technologies, and a great team player would be an ideal
candidate for this role
