Job Description:
We are looking for Desktop Support Technicians
who are responsible, dependable, and committed to building a long-term
career with us. You must be a goal-driven team player with solid organizational
skills and a keen attention to details.
1. Configuring system to the network and adding
it to the domain
2. Troubleshooting hardware problems
3. Installing applications for desktops/laptops
4. Minimum 1- 2 year of hand-On experience on similar work
5. Good Analytical, problem solving skills
6. Good written and communication skills
7. Knowledge of all platforms Outlook and Windows OS.
8. Basic Networking Knowledge
Candidate Profile:
1. Experience on Symantec End Point (SEP),
Altiris, SCCM and client backup solution is a big plus.
2. Certifications like MCSE,MCSA,CCNA will be added advantage
3. Basic Knowledge on AD
