1. Adobe Flex, Java, J2EE based Web
Application Development
2. Experience design and development
of features for products
3. Experience in scrum agile development
methodology
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving
and conceptual skills
5. Excellent communication and good
interpersonal skills
6. Ability to understand and appropriately
respond to customer needs
Candidate Profile
1. Experience in design and development
of features for products in Flex & Java/J2EE technologies
2. Has an architectural view to design
and provide solutions to meet scalable future needs
3. Experience in designing, estimating,
implementing complex features
4. Be conversant with emerging technologies
5. Minimum 4+ years of overall development
experience
