Job Description:
1. 2-3 yrs of total development experience
with strong coding experience in Java, J2EE, JSP,
2. Servlets, Java Scripts, JDBC, AJAX
and XML
Ability to write code that is based
on optimal algorithms, with excellent readability,
maintainability and extensibility.
3. Experience in the development of
web applications
4. Hands-on exposure in Eclipse, WAS,
MQ, MQ Workflow
5. Minimum 1 yr of good experience
in Spring & Hibernate / Struts Framework, any RDBMS
(preferably Oracle 9i)
6. Minimum 1 yr of experience in systems
design
7. Good understanding of Object Oriented
Design and J2EE design patterns, Estimations and UML
Assignments.
1. Good knowledge of Software Development
methodologies and tools
2. Good Analytical and trouble shooting
skills
3. Good experience in unit and integration
testing
4. Fast learner with excellent communication
skills
