Job Description:
Support Hyderabad IT team with Activities
such as
1. Trouble shooting Hardware Issues
at a component Level
2. Upgrading\Replacing Existing Hardware
3. Coordinate Machine installation and Movements
4. Install Windows Desktop & Server Operating systems
5. Software Installations
6. Troubleshoot basic network Issues
7. Network Cabling
Skills/Requirements :
1. 1-3 Years experience on Desktops
and Laptops Hardware (preferably DELL)
2. Experience with Network Cabling
3. Open to work in a different shift on short Notices.
4. 24*7 Availability in case of Emergencies.
5. Experience in working with Word, Excel and Outlook
6. Good Hardware Tracking skills and Accountability.
