Job Description:

As an Associate you will work as a
member of our Professional Services organization to provide
expertise in the administration of Sales Performance Management
(SPM) solutions for our clients globally.
Responsibilities:
1. Verify the accuracy of data, calculations,
and the content and format of reports and other deliverables
2. Follow up with client contacts on standard project deliverables
3. Participate in routine conference calls and on-site meetings
with clients; provide additional support for issues or questions
when needed
4. Troubleshoot and resolve problems uncovered in data and
deliverables, identify root cause, and prevent recurring issues
5. Monitor trends in process performance and the accuracy
of deliverables, and proactively provide suggestions or ideas
for improvement
6. Provide ongoing analysis and summaries of data to assist
clients with future direction of their sales performance management
programs
7. Develop breadth and depth of project and industry knowledge
Candidate Profile:
1. Any Engineering Degree; MBA Preferred
2. Ability to work independently and manage multiple task
assignments
3. Very strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
with the ability to exercise mature judgment
4. Strong oral and written communication skills, including
presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
5. Inspired in a professional and collaborative work environment.
6. Self-starter with out of the box thinking and creativity
7. Willingness to travel
