Job Description:
1 to 2 Years of experience in Voice Technical Support with very good communication skills those who have knowledge / experience in either of the following skills like Blackberry / VPN / Outlook / Active Directory
Candidate Profile:
1. 1 to 2 years of IT experience preferably in Voice technical support.
2. Experience with remote/virtual technical support via telephone in a service center or call center environment.
3. Knowledge of Pcs, Servers, Active directory, Outlook , VPN, Peripheral devices. Wireless connectivity and industry standard software.
4. Knowledge of Blackberry and PDA support.
5. Experience in Active directory, VPN, Outlook.
6. Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
7. Willing to work in different time zones (24/7).
8. Open for night shifts.
9. Candidate' s are required to adhere and enforce the security policies of the organization
