Job Description:
1. Deliver daily process reports timely and accurately
2. Tracking and maintenance of the Axentis database
3. Manage team production data to measure efficiency, productivity and utilization.
4. Maintain daily quality data from QA, Client and internal QC.
5. Provide analytical reports to management to support decision making
6. Manage the online compliance training for Corporate Training
7. Data mining and creation of reports for management presentation
8. Analyze performance data to facilitate management decisions
9. Develop a good understanding of all areas in operations and provide analytical support
Candidate Profile:
1. Candidate must be a graduate and should have the ability to work independently with high level of focus on detail.
2. Candidate should be Proficient with computer skills with an emphasis on MS Excel and MS Access.
3. Candidate should be open to working in shifts and task oriented.
4. Candidates with good verbal and written communication skills are preferred with the ability to maintain a high rate of accuracy and be able to multitask under deadlines in a fast past environment.
5. Strong drive to get things done quickly and correctly in strict accordance with standards, policies, rules and timelines.
