Job Description:

1. Help Desk coordinator with decent communication and presentation skills.
2. Provide first-level contact and problem resolution for all users with hardware, software and applications problems.
3. Courteously obtain and convey concise problem information for external and internal service personnel.
4. Ensures that requests for assistance are properly logged, assigned and responded to in a timely manner
5. Ensures adherence to escalation procedures. Responds to escalated, complex and high impact user calls in a timely fashion.
6. Act as a liaison between customers and internal IT support staff to assure accurate problem interpretation.
7. Review and update Help Desk documentation as assigned.
8. Generating and distributing helpdesk and incident reports
9. Become familiar with available IT resources


Skills:

1. Good communication skill
2. Good in MS Excel
3. candidates required with good presentation & interpersonal skill
