Skills:
1. Hands on experience of IT Recruitments is required using full life cycle starting from sourcing to on-boarding.
2. Must have good knowledge of using unconventional tools and techniques for sourcing and pipeline building.
3. Good knowledge of writing Boolean search strings on job boards and all internet search portals like Google and LinkedIn
4. Through understanding of IT profiles like Applications Developers, Architects, Infrastructure Specialists and all other technical profiles.
5. Must be able to screen/probe an IT candidate and check commitment for joining
6. Excellent verbal, written, inter-personnel and presentation skills.
7. Strong hands-on skills in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
8. Passion, focus, creativity, and a positive outlook
Ability to work successfully in fast-paced and rapidly-changing business environment.
