He lived his whole life according to that philosophy, giving away a tenth of his income every year and in 1918 donating $1 million (the equivalent of more than $15 million today) to establish the Dayton Foundation, which was renamed the Target Foundation in 2000.

Candidate Profile:
1. Engineering degree in any stream
2. Basic SDLC knowledge
3. Has at least 2-3 years of prior experience
4. Strong technical aptitude
5. Good verbal, written and presentation skills
6. Functions as an effective member of a team by modeling teamwork and team effectiveness
7. Ability to learn new skills and technologies
8. Effectively organizes and executes a demanding workload
9. Understands the implication work assignments have on one portion of a project.
