Job Description :

1. Good verbal and written French
2. Experienced in handling French calls
3. Good knowledge of French grammar.
4. open to work in 24/7 rotational shifts
5. Taking inbound customer service calls from Air Canada passengers in French. Addressing queries related to lost or damaged bag. Adhere to standard operating procedures required by the process. Attend briefings, training / refresher sessions & meetings as required. Get trained on Product and process.-Provide quick response in order to maintain client specified AHT,to avoid calls waiting
6. Maintain accuracy of information given and documented. Ensure one time call resolution.
7. Ensuring customer satisfaction
8. Once the candidate clears the ops round the CBO client will have a telephonic round with the candidate to assess the language skills


Candidate Profile:

1. Conversational / Call Handling Skills-Proficient in French language and is capable of holding a meaningful conversation relevant to situation
2. Easily comprehends and responds appropriately in French language
3. Understands the basic disposition of customer service attitude
4. Uses clear comprehendible speech, including sentence construction, grammar and pronunciation
5. Can articulate effectively and concisely and conveys outcomes with confidence
6. Demonstrates effective listening skills
7. Has a warm tone and uses modulation
8. Is able to manage own emotions to be calm, composed at the time of stress
9. Flexible to changes and has a sense of urgency
10. Telecom Skills-Understands basics of Mobile telephony
11. Demonstrates inclination towards mobile phone technology and seems apprised with latest offerings in mobile telephony
12. Computer Skills-Proficient in MS Office and basic computer skills
13. Aptitude- Basic logical reasoning and analytical skill
14. Typing-Typing Speed: 25 - 30 wpm/ 90% accuracy
15. Additional language -In addition to French the candidate should be able to speak English language as per location requirement and/or as applicable
16. Target Degrees & Branches-Graduate any specialization
17. Undergraduate with prior experience.
