Job Description:
Candidate Profile:
1. The candidate will work with the internal and client technical staff to support 24x7 production environments of Microsoft Messaging /Sharepoint Servers including IIS & AD.
2. Handle issues reported by client and internal technical teams.
3. Proactive health checks of client environments.
4. Patch management (researching, testing, implementation and reporting)
