Job
Responsibilities:
A. Accurately process customer claims and
apply accurate postings
B. Key accountability in the escalation and issue resolution
C. Utilize custom and ad hoc reports for process improvement initiatives.
D. Utilize and develop reporting data to identify and address risk
areas
E. Coordinate audits with internal and external auditors, cross functional
partners and within Business Services team
F. Ensure strong, clear process documentation is in place and utilized.
Candidate Profile:
A. This position reports directly to the India Finance Manager. Hours
of operation are 11AM to 8PM Mumbai time
B. In performing these accountabilities, the incumbent must develop
and maintain an effective working relationship with GMI employees,
GMI India Finance teams at Regional Offices in India and Global Business
Solutions Finance teams.
