Job Description :
1. Should understand customer queries; answer
the queries both over email and phone with a sensitivity of customer
requirements.
2. Provide support for SafeNet products to customers via phone, fax,
email and web.
3. Analyze independent investigations, interpret and make decisions
based on investigations.
4. Ensure customer satisfaction with resolutions.
5. Replicate problems for escalation to sustaining/engineering/QA.
6. Provide coding samples for customers if needed.
7. Follow-up with sustaining/engineering to drive resolutions.
8. Learn new products as they become available.
Candidate Profile:
1. 6 months to 3+ years of experience.
2. Basics knowledge of any programming languages (Preferred (though
not mandatory)- C/C++).
3. Should have good verbal and written communicational skills.
4. Should possess excellent customer handling skills.
5. Should be good in analytical problem solving.
6 Willing to work in 24x7 work environment. It would be 5 days working
in a week but candidate should be open for all rotational shift timings
and rotational weekly offs (Any two days in a week).
