Job Description:
1. Support Engineer or Senior Support Engineer or Application Engineer.
Responsibilities:
1. Handling US customers and troubleshooting their technical queries
2. Completely involved in troubleshooting technical problems
3. Must meet or exceed individual performance goals and metrics focused on providing superior Business support.
4. Resolve networking,OS,Virus related issues for customers.
Candidate Prifile:
1. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English
2. Flexible to work in 24/7 environment.
3. Excellent Listening & Probing skills
4. Excellent customer orientation and grasp of customer service
5. Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, positive and customer centric approach
