1. Perform sales and marketing
calls to reserve meetings with prospective clients.
2. Send follow-up marketing materials and build follow-up calls/monthly
until relationship is recognized.
3. To initiate first level contact with 'C' and other level prospects
& pitch the ground.
4. Interaction with VP or C level people over the phone. Maximizing
contacts and lead generation.
5. Building relation with the key decision makers by articulating the
capabilities and expertise of the company.
6. Generate & follow up the IT sales leads by initiating calls for
US & UK Market.
7. Supporting Sales Team by fulfilling Sales Techniques.
8. Called on Events like WEF, SAPPHIRE, Annual European and adviser
day.
Candidate Profile:
1. Candidate must possess 3+ years experience
as BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER.
2. Lead and develop staff by identifying training needs.
3. Define and follow up of yearly targets and objectives.
4. Develop and implement strategies for new products and services.
5. Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs.
6. Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients.
7. Develop draft proposals based on team meetings and discussions.
8. Candidate must know cold calling,lead generation,client followups,bringing
the project for company.
Candidates Should be
1. Self motivated,
2. Proficient in PHP and MySQL data base.
3. Web development project hands on experience
4. Minimum 1 1/2 years Experience in Codeigniter Framework.
5. knowledge on web services will be a plus
6. Average to good level of communication in English.
