Job Description:
Conduct product development work in the specific
areas of Dairy & Frozen Desserts, Bakery, Oils & Fat, Liquid
& Dry Powdered Beverages etc. that is consistent with DuPonts
business objectives & compliant with DuPont quality & safety
requirements.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct and undertake laboratory trials,
primarily on formulated applications in the area of Dairy & Frozen
Desserts, Bakery, Oils & Fat, Liquid & dry powdered beverages
etc.
2. Operate safely & hygienically all plant, processing & laboratory
analytical equipments, including COP, CIP & sterilization.
3 . Ensure good maintenance & cleanliness of all laboratory equipments
& laboratory area. Practice 5S throughout laboratory.
4. Any other tasks or projects assigned by the immediate manager.
5. Regular update & maintaining relevant DupOnt N&H Application
Guide, formulations & other ingredient database that the company
may develop & introduce from time to time.
6. Maintain adequate stock of raw materials & consumables items
at all time.
7. Perform basic cleaning, lubrication, inspection & titening
of all laboratoty equipments. Assist external crew during maintenance
& overhaul of laboratory equipments.
8. Adhere to all company policies, guidelines, rules & regulations.
Committed to quality policy, GMP, GLP, HACCP, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001
and similar that may be put in its place.
9. Conduct safety and quality audits from time to time. Participate
in company trainings as and when scheduled.
