Job Description:
1. Work with business functional teams
and/or IT business analysts to understand business requirements.
2. Provide daily technical/consultative support to the business
users of these applications as well as mentoring and assistance
for junior team members.
3. Work with Project Managers and Business Analysts in implementing
projects per planned schedule.
4. Ability to effectively communicate status and plans to
IT Team Leads.
5. Maintain existing applications, data base administration,
and integrations for installed applications to ensure their
availability and usability.
6. Ability to follow IT change management control processes
and provide appropriate documentation as necessary.
7. Ability to prepare configuration design documents, both
individually and as part of larger groups, for software applications
implementation.
8. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Candidate Profile:
1. Candidates should possess Bachelor’s
degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems or Business
Admin.
2. Strong technical analysis and software engineering skills
with a solid background in CRM and ERP systems.
3. Experience with scripting and integration between multiple
systems.
4. Minimum 1 year of Identity Management Experience.
5. Experience with implementing cross-functional business
application packages.
6. Experience with technical configuration and database administration
for packaged applications.
