Job Description:
1.Providing technical support to customers
24x7 via Email,phone and chat
2.MYSQL database maintenance .It includes database backups and
restore .querying the database. Optimizing the performance
3.Providing technical support to Tanla products and platforms
hosted in business environment
4.Linux and windows server maintenance which includes checking
the system health, log shipping.
