the need to add an entire new module or a new functionality.
Job Description:
1. Customize / Custom develops the vtiger
as per the client requirement.
2. Mentor / Guide team members / trainees
3. Train the trainees as and when required
4. Understand the client requirement
5. Respond to customer / prospect for their questions [ email,
chat]
6. Up-to-date with competitors, their service and products
7. Set targets/goals for self and the team and ensure that the
set target is achieved
8. Participate in client demo (American audience, UK audience)
9. Prepare technical documentation for the project
10 Regularly update and contribute to the project knowledge
base
11. Conduct project status meetings and update the tracking
systems regularly
Candidate Profile:
1. vTiger or SugarCRM module development
2. Ability to follow instructions
3. Strong debugging skills
4. Understanding client requirements and probing him with questions
5. Delegating tasks to team members and following up for completion.
6. Possess short learning curve
7. Hands on experience with MS power Point, Excel and Word
8. Understanding of CRM
9. MVC architecture understanding
10. Usage of Smarty template files
