Job Description:
1. Understanding client organization with regard to their existing business activities, organization structure, work culture and future growth plans.
2. Preparing a search plan and drawing up a comprehensive list of target organizations (competitors) along-with 'out-of-box' ideas.
3. Understand the profile to be recruited.
4. Source applications from job portals, networking sites and internal and external references.
5. Comprehend the applicants' current profile and shortlist the same as per the requirement.
6. Scheduling interviews and confirmations of the same via client and candidate.
7. Identifying potential and relevant candidates and initiating discussions with them.
8. Assessing the candidates on functional competencies and personality aspects in accordance with the mandate.
9. Handling end to end recruitment cycle.
