Job Description:
1. Responsible for handling full recruitment process for Direct Clients in UK/ Europe.
2. Working closely with TL/Account Manager to anticipate requirements & identify potential resource pool.
3. Involved in screening job applications by matching them with job requirements, planning & coordinating logistics & conducting interviews, reference checks and salary negotiation.
4. Develop & maintain network.
5. Maintaining complete Recruitment Database including inflow by augmenting relevant resumes on a periodic basis by various sources i.e. Headhunting, Direct references, manpower consultants, advertisements, internal references and Job Portals.
Skills Required:
1. Should have excellent communication skills.
2. Should be from UK/ US recruitment background.
3. Looking for candidates with min 2 years of US Staffing exp.
4. Good interpersonal and team coordination skills.
5. Must be proactive & self-driven.
6. Must be a quick thinker.
7. Should be well versed with full recruitment life cycle.
8. Should have thorough understanding of various IT terminologies.
